These terms govern your purchase and participation in digital products and online workshops offered by TrueCraft Project Management Services FZCO ("TrueCraft"), registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Digital Park, UAE.
All products sold on truecraftpm.com are digital in nature, including live online workshops, recorded courses, and career development programs. No physical products are shipped.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access details via email within 24 hours. For live workshops, the Google Meet link will be sent to your registered email address before the event date.
Live workshop sessions are not recorded and no replay will be provided. Please ensure you can attend on the scheduled date before purchasing.
All workshop content, materials, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of TrueCraft Project Management Services FZCO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully during live sessions. TrueCraft reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session without refund.
TrueCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
